Experienced Restaurant Manager looking for any F&B opportunity

I am an experienced Restaurant and F&B Manager with 8+ years of experience across restaurant operations, hospitality, customer service, and team management, including experience in five-star luxury hotels in Switzerland and Italy. I have a strong hands-on understanding of both front-of-house operations and the wider business side of F&B, including staff management, training, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, cost control, quality standards, guest relations, and operational efficiency.

My management style is sociable, adaptable, results-oriented, and focused on building strong and collaborative teams. I am comfortable working in fast-paced and multicultural environments, remain calm under pressure, and take responsibility for solving operational challenges. My experience as a restaurant owner and Food Director has further developed my understanding of profitability, menu development, supplier management, marketing, and the day-to-day running of a successful F&B operation.

I have a strong passion for hospitality, restaurant operations, food and beverage, guest experience, team development, and continuous professional growth. I particularly enjoy working in international environments where I can combine my leadership and operational experience with my multilingual communication skills. I speak Romanian, English at C1 level, German and Italian at B1 level, and Spanish at A2 level.
