Versatile & Experienced Couple – Household, Chalet & Hospitality

We are a versatile, reliable and highly motivated couple looking for an opportunity to work together, ideally in a private household, luxury chalet, hospitality environment or property where we can combine our complementary skills.

We are both hands-on, adaptable and used to taking responsibility. We enjoy practical work, working with people and creating a clean, welcoming and well-organised environment. We are open to different responsibilities and are particularly interested in live-in positions where a couple is trusted to look after a property, household or chalet.

HIS PROFILE

He has a strong and diverse professional background, with around 15 years of experience in cooking and hospitality. He holds a BEP and Bac Professionnel in Culinary Arts, as well as a BTS in International Business, a professional degree in Logistics, and a higher diploma in Wine, Spirits and Beer. He also holds an HSK 3 Mandarin qualification.

His professional experience goes beyond his formal qualifications. He has approximately 5 years of experience in renovation and property maintenance, 3 years in landscaping, and 2 years in viticulture and winemaking, in addition to his extensive experience in professional cooking.

He is therefore comfortable with a wide range of tasks: cooking, kitchen organisation, food preparation, purchasing and supplies, hospitality, property maintenance, renovation, outdoor work, landscaping, vineyards and general practical work. He is also comfortable learning new skills and adapting to the specific needs of a property.

He holds a driving licence and speaks French, English, German and Mandarin.

HER PROFILE

She is a certified 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), as well as a qualified Naturopath and Vital Hygiene Practitioner with approximately 3 years of experience. She also has training and experience in foot reflexology and massage.

She has more than 6 years of experience working with children, including childcare and after-school activities. She is comfortable supervising children, organising activities, creating a safe and caring environment and adapting to different ages and personalities.

She also has experience working in retail and customer service, including sales in a versatile wellness and organic shop, giving her experience in welcoming customers, advising them and working in a professional environment.

Her background in yoga, wellness, childcare and customer service makes her particularly suited to positions involving wellness, spa environments, guest relations, reception, childcare, family assistance or hospitality. She is also happy to help with housekeeping, organisation and general household tasks.

She speaks French, English and German.

AS A COUPLE

Together, we offer a particularly broad and complementary range of skills. We can contribute to both the practical and personal aspects of running a household, chalet or hospitality property.

Depending on the position, we are comfortable with responsibilities such as:

We are multilingual, practical, discreet, flexible and independent. We are not limited to one specific type of task and are willing to learn and take on new responsibilities when required.

We are particularly interested in live-in couple positions in private households, family estates, luxury chalets, villas, guest properties or hospitality establishments, but we are also open to other opportunities where our combined experience could be useful.

We are available for seasonal or longer-term positions and would be happy to discuss a role adapted to the needs of the employer or property.

In addition to seeking a position together, she is interested in wellness, yoga, spa, reception, childcare and guest-facing roles, while he is particularly interested in cooking, hospitality, logistics, property maintenance and other practical or management-related roles.
