I am an experienced hospitality professional with several years of experience in four- and five-star hotels, luxury properties and international resorts.

My background includes Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations and VIP guest service. I started my hospitality career in a five-star hotel as a Bellman, progressed to Front Desk Receptionist positions, including at H15 Palace — a Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott — and later worked as a Guest Relations Officer at Sani Beach Resort.

Throughout my career, I have worked with international guests, VIPs and high-profile clients, assisting with personalized requests, arranging experiences, resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth and memorable guest journey. I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments and understand the importance of discretion, attention to detail and anticipating guest needs.

I speak English, Russian and Polish fluently, with additional knowledge of Spanish and Arabic. I am particularly comfortable in international and multicultural environments and have a strong ability to adapt to new teams, procedures and cultures.

My main preference is the hotel and hospitality industry, particularly Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, Guest Experience and Concierge positions. However, I am open to any suitable seasonal opportunity and would be happy to consider different roles, industries and types of work where my experience and skills could be useful.

I am particularly interested in opportunities in the Alps and other European destinations.
