I am an experienced Chef de Rang with several years of international experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants and busy seasonal operations across Europe. My background includes 4★ and 5★ hotels, à la carte, buffet, banquet and high-volume service, as well as wine pairing and bartending.

I have worked at Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains in St. Moritz, Hotel Schloss Seefels and several other well-established restaurants and hotels. I also completed the Kempinski Supervisor Course, which strengthened my leadership and management skills.
