Professional Chefs – Ylenia& Gabriele

We are Ylenia and Gabriele, two passionate and experienced chefs with a strong background in international hospitality, fine dining, seasonal hotel kitchens, and luxury private chef services. We have worked in different locations across Italy and abroad, gaining valuable experience in professional kitchens, high-quality restaurants, luxury villas, and exclusive events.

Ylenia is an Italian chef and handmade pasta specialist, with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry and the title of Italian Handmade Pasta Champion 2024. Her expertise includes traditional Italian cuisine, fresh pasta production, menu development, and the preparation of high-quality seasonal dishes. Gabriele brings strong culinary skills, teamwork, and a professional approach to kitchen operations and service.

Together, we offer a versatile and reliable team, able to work efficiently in demanding environments while maintaining high standards of quality, organization, cleanliness, and presentation. As private chefs, we can manage the entire culinary experience, from menu planning and ingredient sourcing to preparation, service, and kitchen cleaning. We are experienced in tailoring menus to clients' preferences, dietary requirements, and the style of each event, always focusing on fresh ingredients and carefully prepared dishes.

We also have experience working in hotel kitchens, including the preparation and organization of mise en place, managing individual kitchen sections, coordinating service, and maintaining consistency during busy services. We are comfortable working independently as well as within an established kitchen team.

For the winter season 2026/2027, we are looking for opportunities in Switzerland, either as a private chef duo for luxury chalets, private residences, and exclusive events, or as Chef de Partie in hotels and restaurants.

We are motivated, flexible, professional, and accustomed to seasonal work and international environments. We speak Italian and English, and we are particularly interested in opportunities where we can contribute our skills, continue developing professionally, and deliver an excellent culinary experience to every guest.
