Couple — Bar & Pastry/Kitchen, Winter Season

We are Lucio and Martina, a young Italian couple from Sicily who have spent the last few years building our careers inside some of Italy's top luxury hospitality brands — Marriott Luxury Collection and Hilton (Curio & Tapestry Collections) — and we're now looking to bring that experience to the Swiss Alps for the winter season.

Lucio is currently Lead Barman at a 5-star Hilton property, leading bar operations, developing cocktail programs, and managing service during high-profile events. His path has taken him from Lake Garda to Sardinia to Sicily, always in fast-paced, guest-focused environments. He is completing a degree in Tourism Sciences and will begin a Master's in Food & Beverage Management this October — English C1, and currently building his German from scratch.

Martina brings creativity and precision to everything she touches, with hands-on experience across pastry, kitchen, and bar service in 5-star resorts, including a season as Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry. She holds a Hospitality Diploma and is HACCP certified, comfortable rotating across kitchen stations, front-of-house, or behind the espresso machine when needed.

What sets us apart isn't just where we've worked — it's how we work: reliable, calm under pressure, genuinely curious, and hungry to learn. We're not chasing a specific title; we're chasing real experience, and we're open to roles beyond our core skills — service, housekeeping, reception, wherever we can add the most value to your team.

We're looking for a hotel where we can grow together this winter, ideally with staff accommodation, and we'd love the chance to show what we can bring.
