I am currently looking for a position in Switzerland where I can bring my experience in hospitality, customer service and operations while continuing to develop professionally. I am particularly interested in front-of-house and guest-facing roles, including reception, guest relations, hotel and resort positions, although I am also comfortable working in the kitchen and other areas of hospitality.

I am also open to opportunities outside traditional hospitality, including private housekeeping, chalet work, animal care and other roles where reliability, organisation and a hands-on attitude are valued. I am flexible regarding the type of position and enjoy learning new tasks and taking responsibility.

Through my previous experience in restaurants, hostel operations and dog daycare management, I have developed strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. I am used to fast-paced environments, working independently as well as within a team, and managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards. I am an Italian EU citizen and speak English, Italian and Russian.
