Front Office & Guest Relations | International Customer Service Professional

I am a customer service professional with over three years of international experience as Cabin Crew at Ryanair Group, working daily with passengers from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication, customer service, organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented in demanding situations.

My current role requires me to provide personalised assistance, respond to customer needs, manage unexpected situations and complaints, coordinate with multicultural teams and maintain high standards of service at all times. Working in aviation has also taught me to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, adapt quickly to changing circumstances and pay close attention to detail.

In addition to my aviation experience, I have previous experience in customer-facing environments, including working as a bar supervisor and assisting in family retail businesses. These roles further strengthened my ability to communicate with customers, organise daily operations, take responsibility and provide friendly and efficient service.

I am now looking to bring this experience into the hospitality industry and build my career in Switzerland. I am particularly interested in opportunities within Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, Reservations and Guest Services, where I can use my international customer service background while developing new skills within the hotel industry.

I am a native Spanish speaker, have a good command of English and basic knowledge of Italian. I am comfortable communicating with international guests and working in multicultural environments.

As an Italian citizen (EU), I am available to relocate to Switzerland and I am open to permanent or seasonal opportunities. I am flexible regarding working hours, rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
